Don't Question Everything

When you start a new job working in the medical field you will no doubt have many questions burning inside you that you will want to ask at every turn, but I often find it's better to first observe what other people around you are doing so you can copy their actions and not appear like somebody who can't do anything off their own back from the get go.

I'm not saying you shouldn't ask questions, as I think asking questions is the best and quickest way for anybody to learn anything, but I do think in the beginning you want to make a good impression and appearing clueless at every turn isn't going to help that.

Just my thoughts for today!
